Now to Next is a series of small-scale events centered around change, for and by curious marketing and communication professionals who dare to ask critical questions of themselves and others.
In earlier editions, we explored different ways of engaging with change. First, we listened. Then, we communicated. Then, we felt. This time, it’s about seeing.
Seeing our work, and ourselves, with sharper eyes. Spotting patterns we’ve stopped questioning, in how we think, decide, and act. And noticing how meaning is shaped through design, imagery, and the visual identities we build, use, and somehow take for granted.

Arno Wolterman leads a session on how the power of visualisation turns abstract ideas into something you can see, test and challenge. By rapidly turning concepts into tangible explorations, organisations can explore directions before committing to a direction.
About Arno: Arno Wolterman is Creative Director at Norday, working at the intersection of strategy, design and technology. He focuses on turning abstract ideas into tangible concepts that show what works and what does not.
Karin Schwandt will guide a session that explores how meaning is shaped visually, how design, structure, and representation influence what we see, what we understand, and what we act on.
About Karin: An information designer who believes that clarity is the foundation for better decisions. Her work focuses on making complex information understandable, by structuring it, adding context, and translating it into visual stories. With a background in building and leading an infographic studio, she is now managing director at VormVijf, a design agency based in The Hague. She and her team supports brands in turning data, insights, and ideas into communication that people can actually grasp and act on. Her approach is rooted in a simple belief: when people are well-informed, they make better decisions.
Two roundtables. One shared goal: making things seen, understood and felt, before judgement sets in. Seeing is often the moment where insight turns into responsibility, and where moving from Now to Next actually starts.
