As you can see, we service a wide range of industries and organizations big and small. What they have in common is their technology focus, international orientation and ‘high involvement’ and complex buying cycles. Check recent case studies to learn more about what we do.
We are (were?) used to work from our client’s offices most of the time. For the time being, we focus on our well-being and work from home as much as possible. You will be working on longer-term interim assignments and/or several projects.
So, what about colleagues then? Well, Friday is team day. We meet at our professional (but cozy!) office at booming Microlab (Strijp-S) in Eindhoven. In times of COVID-19, we do these digital training sessions and catch ups digitally. Once a month, we meet face to face. We spend this team day sharing knowledge, working together on client projects and actively marketing Tech to Market. Some other stuff we do as a team: bake-offs (heads up for fierce competition), attending webinars, hosting guest speakers, having beers with client and partner teams in Eindhoven, …
When your projects and client allows for it, we’re also fine with you jogging or running as part of your lunch break. Whatever it is, we think it’s important to employ healthy people. You do the planning, we support.
One of the perks of working at Tech to Market. You get to attend lots of interesting events and every once in a while, we go abroad. We think it’s important to see what’s happening in digital marketing in major hubs like London (we attended the MarTech conference ) or to see for ourselves how cities like Copenhagen and Milan present themselves to the world when it comes to tech and design.
