We are a scale up company with a start up mentality. Our team of smart marketers, helps technology companies turn inventions into innovations. We add marketing know-how and hands-on support to our client’s team.
Clients include Philips, DSM, Rockwool, Omron, Eindhoven University of Technology, Darling Ingredients and Avans. Most of our customers come and hardly ever go. In addition to these well known tech brands, we love to work for multiple tech start-ups. Different dynamics, similar needs in marketing.
As you can see, we service a wide range of industries and organizations big and small. What they have in common is their technology focus, international orientation and ‘high involvement’ and complex buying cycles. Check recent case studies to learn more about what we do.
We are (were?) used to work from our client’s offices most of the time. For the time being, we focus on our well-being and work from home as much as possible. You will be working on longer-term interim assignments and/or several projects. Trusting your own skills and vision, supported by a team of sparring partners. Sharing knowledge, advicing on new tooling, providing mental support every now and then 😉
So, what about those colleagues? Well, Friday is team day bi-weekly. We meet at our professional (but cozy!) office at booming Microlab (Strijp-S) in Eindhoven. In times of COVID-19, we do digital training sessions and catch ups We spend team days sharing knowledge, working together on client projects and actively marketing Tech to Market. Some other stuff we do as a team: bake-offs (heads up for fierce competition), attending webinars, hosting guest speakers, having beers with client and partners in Eindhoven.
When your projects and client allows for it, we’re also fine with you jogging or running during day time. Whatever it is, we think it’s important to employ healthy people. You do the planning, we support.
One of the perks of working at Tech to Market. You get to attend lots of interesting events and every once in a while, we go abroad. We think it’s important to see what’s happening in digital marketing in major hubs like London (we attended the MarTech conference) or to see for ourselves how cities like Copenhagen and Milan present themselves to the world when it comes to tech and design. Next to these, you can expect to visit local favorites like Demos and drinks, Digital Wednesday, Dutch Design Week, Glow and TEDx Eindhoven.
Being a Digital B2B Marketer for internationally oriented tech companies requires serious commitment; you need to keep yourself on the cutting edge of the latest digital marketing techniques, in-depth tech know-how and best practices in project management.
