At our recent New Year’s dinner, we raised our glasses to something special: personal growth and development.

Believing deeply in the value of training, we’ve dedicated ourselves to finding the perfect balance between hard and soft skills. Last year, we delved into multiple communication training sessions led by Jurko van Veenendaal. Though not always easy, these sessions became a space for shared laughter, learning, and improvement.

Jurko, known for pushing you out of your comfort zone, challenged each of us to share a personal toast during our T-M New Year’s dinner. The relaxed setting provided the perfect opportunity to put our communication skills into practice. The personal speeches from our team served as a reminder that we’re all on this growth journey together. So, here’s to personal and professional growth! Cheers!
