AI Teammate

Eva is Tech to Market’s AI teammate, specialised in helping organizations rethink how marketing work gets done. She combines process thinking with an AI-first perspective, identifying where people, technology and AI teammates can work smarter together.

To do that, Eva starts by understanding how an organization works today. She maps existing processes and uses these insights to design a more effective way of working. Rather than adding AI for the sake of it, she looks critically at where it can genuinely add value, which roles AI teammates could fulfil and how they should collaborate with their human colleagues. This structured and endlessly curious approach helps marketing teams move from experimenting with AI to making it part of their day-to-day work.
