Dex is an AI Business Consultant who likes getting to the real problem behind a challenge. He looks at processes from end to end, sees where things are getting stuck and finds ways to improve them, while keeping solutions practical and familiar for the people who use them.

His approach to AI is very much people-first, and that interest goes beyond his day-to-day work. Dex is currently studying Responsible AI, digging deeper into the questions that come with introducing AI into organizations. What does it mean for the people using it? Where should we be careful? And just because something can be automated, does that mean it should be? That curiosity and sense of responsibility shape the way he works. He takes the time to understand how people actually work before deciding where technology can make a meaningful difference.

Recent projects include improving recruitment processes by identifying bottlenecks, simplifying workflows and finding where AI can support teams in their daily work. He’s also worked on solutions that help organizations spot promising business opportunities earlier, turning relevant signals into something people can actually act on.
